Co-founder and President Bob Arneal has been a Realtor since 1989. He and his wife Lori won their company's Rookies of the Year Award at their first brokerage, and never looked back.
Bob got his broker's license and became a Branch Manager for Tarbell Realtors in 1993, and has been managing large sales offices ever since. Bob built (or helped build, along with his agents) all of his offices into top performing branches, which soon were among the most award-winning offices in the companies he worked for.
Knowledge is Power! Bob believes that, and he teaches it. Bob's agents regularly tell him and others that they owe at least a part of their success to Bob's training, mentoring and guidance.
Bob's background as Chairman of the Legal Committee for many years at Tarbell Realtors led him to being in charge of forming policies and forms and procedures for the whole company, working directly with the President and company counsel. Bob's agents really appreciate this legal knowledge and experience, as they rely on his guidance to get them through even the most difficult transactions.

Co-Founder and Sr. Vice-President Mike Spillman has been a Realtor since 2006. Mike was an award winning agent before moving into management.
Mike has managed at the executive level in Real Estate and Non-Profit sectors. Mike specializes in Finance and Marketing. Mike believes that technology and innovation, if used correctly can streamline process to help an agent focus on what's most important: building relationships!
During his time at Tarbell, Mike served on the legal committee, the marketing committee, and spearheaded the paperless file system company wide.
